In order to cover fishing for different type and size of fish Shimano developed the new Catana in 4 different power ratings, ranging from line class 6 to line class 20. The Shimano XT40 blank is thin, yet powerful and very sensitive. The Catana CX Trolling lite is a powerful mid-low priced trolling rod, specifically designed to fish with live-bait for several types of predatory fish.
